Why are suppliers free?
Suppliers are the core party in supply chains. By providing free access, we remove barriers to data sharing. Charging the contributing side would shrink the network and erode its value to everyone. Supplier Plus is for suppliers who have larger product portfolios. The Supplier Free profile stays free forever.
Can I be both a supplier and a buyer on LinkXG?
Yes. Contribute data on a Supplier tier (Free or Plus). Alternatively, purchase a Buyer plan (Core or Enterprise) for visibility over your own upstream network.
What counts as a “product” in LinkXG?
A SKU, variant, or product family, whichever matches your internal model. We're flexible on definition.
Can suppliers withhold fields?
Yes. Sharing is explicit and per-customer. A supplier can grant Full access to one buyer, Basic to another, and revoke either tier at any time.
Does LinkXG replace SAP Ariba or Coupa?
No. LinkXG sits alongside your sourcing systems and writes the same data into them through API and integrations. We replace the questionnaire workflow, not the contracts workflow.
Where is data hosted?
Data is hosted in EU data centers and protected with enterprise security.
